SOFTWARE TECHNIQUES AND VALCURA INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Winter Park, Florida – October 18, 2004 - Software Techniques, Inc., (STI) a premier provider of customized computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) software to government property appraisers, announces today that it has reached an agreement with Valcura International to jointly offer products and services to the North American property assessment and appraisal industry.

STI has been very successful in recent years and has added appraisal districts such as Hillsborough County, Florida (Tampa – 409,000 Parcels), Harris County, Texas (Houston – 1.6MM Parcels), Highlands County, Florida (Sebring – 110,000 Parcels) and the Potter-Randall Counties, Texas (Amarillo – 130,000 Parcels). Most recent projects include Duval County, Florida (Jacksonville – 340,000 Parcels) and Miami-Dade, Florida (850,000 Parcels).
