CAMACONDO also saves time by using the same traversal drawing method as CAMARDE. Traversals and structural elements are stored for each condo unit type and copied to the parcels when activated. This way, you only have to draw a unit type once, not dozens of times. CAMACONDO has the ability to appraise not one or two condos at a time, but hundreds of condominium accounts in one action. It can include a percentage of common areas as well as the amenities that are included in the appraised value.
