FEATURES SUMMARY

CAMACONDO contains many of the same data fields as CAMARDE such as: owner name, complex name, address, and summary of value. Additionally, it allows building information to be entered by condo type and then can assign types to condo units. It copies the building information to each unit and stores it within the CAMARDE database. Condos are valued by first assigning a base price per unit and then making adjustments to that base price based on various factors.
