CAMAPMT™ PERMIT TRACKING TOOL assisting county's manage and maintain their property definitions through the permitting process. It easily tracks and imports permit data from local permitting agencies. It stores the status of each permit within CAMAPMT along with information taken from the initial issuing of the permit through the entry of the final inspection date.

CAMAPMT includes features such as permit tracking, reporting modules and detail screens to aid in tracking the entire permit process. In addition there is an interactive permitting system for use by agencies, which is tightly integrated with CAMARDE. Typically, permitting agencies continue to use their existing permitting systems and desire only the ability to transfer information between CAMA and their systems. We provide data import and export programs to accomplish this process in CAMAPMT.

CAMAPMT has a workflow process that gives you complete control and management. Permits are typically loaded from files received from permitting agencies or data entered directly into the system. Initially, permits are considered pending. Appraisers can then assign permits by selecting and printing permits along with property record cards and data entry sheets ready for field inspection. This action sets a flag indicating that a permit has been assigned and to which appraiser it is assigned. This process prevents permits from being re-printed and re-assigned to multiple appraisers. Field inspections are then recorded along with the results of the inspection. After inspection, permits are submitted to data entry and subsequently marked complete after data entry is finished. At all times, an audit trail specific to a permit is kept within CAMAPMT. This information can also be displayed from within CAMARDE.

Detailed tracking is not required to use CAMAPMT, but if your county wishes to track permits throughout their entire life cycle, CAMAPMT will meet your needs. .
