CAMARDE offers 9 different valuation techniques. It
also provides a detailed valuation screen that compares
the approaches. The valuation techniques currently included
are:
Market,
CAMA, Marshall & Swift,
Condo, Income, Income-Market, Gross Rent Multiplier,
Regression, Comparable Sales and Reconcile.
CAMARDE gives property
appraisers the use of all appraisal methods simultaneously.
If your district uses it's own valuation technique,
we can integrate it into your custom version
of CAMARDE. CAMARDE uses it's own data source, which contains the
parcel details such as landlines, buildings, extra features,
exemptions, sales history, permits, and value review.
In fact CAMARDE's data source contains all the tables
and information needed to perform appraisal and tax roll
processing functions for your county. It connects to
other CAMATOOLS applications such as tangible property
stored in CAMATDE. You can retrieve relevant tax information
regarding any business or personal property from within
CAMARDE. Using a data-to-application relational link
created by SOFTWARE TECHNIQUES, inc., CAMARDE is able
to easily communicate with other members of the CAMATOOLS family.
You can have more control over the application interface
than you ever have before. You have the ability to
adjust the widths of data entry fields to accommodate
longer
data fields. You can even move a data field by just
grabbing its tabs, dragging it to your desired location
on the
screen and dropping it. The application remembers
your changes the next time you run it. But these changes
only
affect your customized view of the application. This
way everyone can drag-and-drop fields to accommodate
the way they like to work.
Wouldn’t you like to view all details entered
into a parcel with a few clicks of the mouse or a few
keystrokes. You can even view and print the property
record card. Information is always displayed in a way
to minimize eye strain while enabling you to get a general
or detailed view of the information you need when you
need it.
While CAMARDE tracks all data changes, there is also
an extended detailed view of changes available using
the CAMAAUDIT application.
The 'command-lock session' enables you to safely enter
information into a specific record by locking all relevant
records until the information is saved. In addition,
CAMASEC,
the SECURITY TOOL, allows administrators to lock and
unlock users from the entire application
or specific features of the application. You can even
let some users view data but not edit
it.
