CAMACARE LIMITED USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT
The CAMACARE Limited User Support Agreement is included with all the a-la-carte CAMATOOLS products. This support option offers you the ability to submit feedback on your products by using an online interface and by calling us within a specified time regarding bug fixes and/or system or application errors. Requests, modifications, and/or updates to your products will be handled according to your CAMACARE update schedule.

CAMACARE ON-GOING USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT
The CAMACARE On-Going User Support Agreement is only available to CUSTOMCAMA clients. This support option offers you the ability to make significant requests for system modifications, to request special features to help your entire office as well as to participate in guiding future product upgrades.
