The CAMATABLES™ LOOK UP MAINTENANCE TOOL provides easy access to the system tables. CAMATABLES governs how CAMARDE and other tools operate and provides referential integrity control for data entry fields. CAMATABLES allows easy viewing and maintenance of all system tables and lookup tables used by the CAMATOOLS family to validate field data entry and tune valuation models.

Just like our other applications, CAMATABLES includes its own audit trail and multi-year access so all changes to system tables can be tracked. Like all of our audit trail functions, you can see the time and date of all changes and who made the change. Reports are provided to print audit trail summaries.

System tables also control whether common values, such as for a neighborhood or size factor, can be hidden from view. Hiding selected values allows other more significant values to be displayed prominently within the CAMATABLES application.

Changing a depreciation table or base rate can affect the value of many parcels. This application flags all parcels affected by these changes for recalculation. It does not recalculate these parcels automatically but in many cases it can provide estimates of the effect of a value change.
