CAMAWORKFLOW™ provides
sophisticated routing and tracking of work assignments
and integrates imaging and data collection with the work
assignment. The CAMAWORKFLOW application implements industry
standard workflow elements such as task queues and task
routing.
A common example of workflow processing as it pertains
to property appraisal follows. A property owner calls
the office and asks for their property value to
be reviewed. The appraisal staff can start a workflow
process for value review. When they start this process
a "Process Information" window pops up within
the CAMAWORKFLOW application (the information to be gathered
in this window is customized for each client). This form
typically requires the Requestor's Name, Phone Number,
and an Explanation of what the requestor wants. The next
step displays the "Select Work Queue" window.
On this form, you determines which work queue to assign
this process. The CAMAWORKFLOW application then determine,
based on the DOR (property use code), to which area the
task should go. However, you can override that suggestion
and choose the department you feel should handle this
task. At this point, the task is added to the user’s
work queue where it can be viewed when the user next
logs in.
The CAMAWORKFLOW application allows users to log in
and view work assignments. Supervisors can distribute
workloads
to employees via CAMAWORKFLOW as well as track progress
and productivity of an employee or a department.
Use CAMAWORKFLOW to report unresolved issues for quick
resolution. The key benefit to the CAMAWORKFLOW application
is that
workflows are completely customizable and can be
adapted
to support any business process.
