CAMACARE is our client support solution. It offers you the opportunity to choose the type of support program that meets your specific needs. Both CUSTOMCAMA and CAMATOOLS offer CAMACARE support.

CAMACARE ON-GOING USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT
CUSTOMCAMA offers an unlimited support agreement version of CAMACARE, the ON-GOING USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT, as one of the many services provided for a low annual fixed fee. CAMACARE eliminates your need to go through a lengthy approval process needed to get a new feature priced and funded by management. This encourages you to ask for new features and to discuss problems, issues, and concerns with us on a regular basis. Through CAMACARE, you can verbalize specific2 desires and see them on your application soon thereafter1. Because of the CAMACARE ON-GOING USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT, many of our clients consider us to be part of their staff rather than that other vendor with the occasional new release.

CAMACARE LIMITED USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT
CAMATOOLS offers a limited support version of CAMACARE that gives you the option to choose monthly, quarterly or yearly updates your applications. With this option, users can notify us of any application issues such as bug fixes, system or application errors at selected times with the ability to see selected changes made to the application soon thereafter1. If you want additional enhancements made to the application or needs changes sooner, we are always willing to make a-la-carte arrangements. We encourage end users that may expect major system enhancements and/or additional projects to select the CAMACARE ON-GOING USER SUPPORT AGREEMENT available with CUSTOMCAMA. The savings and value are well worth the upgrade in service.
